Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your login details secure and notify AI Hotline if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Some features and conversation modes are available only to adults. Access is determined using the date of birth declared on the account.
AI disclosure
Every hotline is an AI representation, not a live call with the human creator. Callers must not rely on a hotline for medical, legal, financial, emergency or other professional decisions.
Creator responsibility
Creators choose the maximum intimacy level and hard boundaries. They may not create deceptive impersonations, upload third-party private material, clone another person's voice or likeness, or misstate ownership and consent.
Caller responsibility
Callers may not bypass creator boundaries, extract private prompts or data, harass creators, automate abuse, solicit illegal content, or use conversations to exploit, threaten or impersonate another person.
User-generated content
Characters, names, descriptions, images, prompts, personalities, training materials and other content submitted by users are user-generated content. You keep ownership of material you submit and give AI Hotline the limited permission needed to store, process, display and use it to provide your hotline, train its persona and operate the service. You are responsible for what you submit and represent that you have the rights, permissions, licences or other lawful basis required to use it, including any applicable copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, personality, image and likeness rights. AI Hotline does not routinely pre-screen or verify all user-generated content, and hosting it does not mean that AI Hotline created, endorses or confirms permission for it. AI Hotline may review, restrict or remove content where appropriate or required by law.
Credits and purchases
Text chat may be offered free of charge. Voice calls use credits at the rate displayed before a call begins. Promotional credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and may expire. Paid credits and refunds will be governed by the purchase terms shown at checkout.
Service availability
AI Hotline may add, change, pause or discontinue features and may set reasonable usage limits. Generated responses can be incomplete or inaccurate. The service is provided on an as-available basis and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Suspension and takedown
AI Hotline may restrict an account, unpublish a hotline or remove content that breaches these terms, infringes rights, creates legal risk or threatens the service or its users. Reports and appeals will be reviewed using the information available at the time.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Hotline is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
