What we collect
Account details, your one-time date-of-birth declaration, claimed handles, creator profile information, interview answers, consent records, private audio/video recordings, transcripts, training sources, conversation messages, usage totals, reports and security logs.
Age-based access
Your date of birth is used to decide whether your account can access certain age-restricted features. It is not shown publicly or used for marketing. AI Hotline currently treats it as a self-declaration rather than verified proof of age.
Biometric and likeness data
Creator voice and likeness recordings are used only for the AI twin purposes shown at capture. They are private by default. Completing a guided interview can update the internal persona; creators can add more interviews or source material whenever they choose. Voice Clone requires separate, explicit consent before it is created or used.
AI and infrastructure providers
Supabase stores account and platform data. Vercel hosts the application. OpenAI handles selected generation and transcription services. Venice handles selected conversational modes. ElevenLabs provides live voice conversations.
Website analytics
Google Analytics measures page views and website interactions, including device, browser, referral and engagement information. Analytics data is used to understand use of the site and improve its performance.
Retention and deletion
Source media is retained while the hotline remains active or until the creator deletes it. An account deletion request immediately unpublishes the hotline and queues the account, media and model artefacts for permanent deletion. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting or legal obligations.
Your controls
Signed-in creators can export their current account data, delete interview sources and request account deletion from the account page. Consent revocation must disable future use immediately; derived voice or likeness models must then enter the deletion queue.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete personal data and to object to certain uses. Account controls provide the available self-service options, and verified requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
